Interracial Dating

There is a lot of interesting takes that surround interracial dating. There’s some people out here who believe that an original dating has a lot to do with self-hatred which I don’t necessarily see. There’s a lot of people that come from very multicultural families and backgrounds. I do believe that there are people out here in this world that are dating certain people because of their race and not because of the actual person. I do have an issue with that because I feel under no circumstances should anybody try to treat a person as if they were commodity.
Coming back to my previous point that I made earlier about people dating outside of their race because of it being self-hate now I’m not saying that there isn’t any cases of that because I have came across people that fit into that category but when you compare them to the masses that’s a small scale from what I believe. I do believe that the majority of people are excepting too interracial relationships I do not believe that in the public‘s reaction to interracial dating and in interracial relationships is the same as it was back in the 60s or 50s or the 40s. I do believe that there’s a fine line between having your own preferences and having self-hate I think that all goes into the manner in which how things go. I think a lot goes into interracial dating that a lot of people don’t think about what is each person family backgrounds how diverse is your family what side of the city is your family from. I have a close friend of mine who is from the south side of Houston whose name is Jake who is white. Due to where he’s from he has became more accustomed to dealing with more black people than white. For Jake dating black women makes sense because of where he’s from and how he grew up. I genuinely do believe like for the vast majority of people that’s really what it comes down to like what’s around us and not only just that but people also like what they’re accustomed too.
